I tried the aftershock loadout and it takes more power and it is tougher because you can be interrupted during an aftershock. Pet loadout is waaaaay easier. You can also have Brick or Crystal with an aftershock loadout so long as you don't use damage shift. Brick's taunts are nice nonetheless.
He's like a tank for the tank. As for your current loadout, Localized Tremor isn't very useful. I have never used Reinforce so I can't say anything about it. My golem is out so I use damage shift then reinforce if someone's health starts dropping because that transfers some damage to you then I give out the immunities to the group. After that my power is practically drained lol so I attack and block then start the process over again.
I ran a few alerts last night and all was better just that healers like to try dpsing and get pissed when you tell them to stay the hell back haha. Had one guy tell me a healer was another dps and that healing was an option???????? WTF kinda players are coming into this game. Black Jaq , Feb 24, Amazing information by both of them. One quick description I would like to add to each form of tanking. However it is less stable because at time brick can die fast and there is little you can do to prevent that. However it does mitigate less than brick tanking. Both forms are very viable in end game elite raids. You just have to see which play style you like more.
As for artifact my 2 favorite artifact to combine with mystic symbols and manacles are soul cloak and Gemini.
